My 2004 Chrysler Town and Country needed a complete rack assembly replacement. I dropped the van off late in the day and it was ready the next morning. The Power Steering is like new again and a pleasure to drive. Great job guys and a big Thank You to Josh, Brian and Damian. They tried to force synthetic oil on me. I have a brand new car and synthetic could potentially void my warranty. When I told them I just wanted conventional oil, they said they don't have that type of oil. When I was questioning them a little more, they then told me they don't have my filter. I set an appointment for my oil change well in advance. Such a waste of my time. I don't care if they have the $20 oil changes, I'll never step foot in there again and I will be sure to tell everyone the way the treat their customers
This place is the most honest of all the shops in the area. I went there yesterday after having a ball joint replaced at another shop. They were able to diagnose the issue the other shop caused and they were able to fix it. I will definitely be back for any future tires / alignment / suspension needs. Thanks Big O' Tires
Poor work. Went into get a set of tires Diccovered I needed new front end wheel bearigs. After I get home, the next morning I check the work and Disscovered both bearings seal covers loose and dangaling about a inch from where they a supposed to be. They sent a two truck, had another entire day, still couldn't get it right. Blamed it on the parts and gave me a refund, but nothing for my time and headache and fuel cost (diesel truck, about a 40 mile round trip. Took back a year later to get tires rotated & balanced. That's all they did, no new weights, no check to see if tires were in balance, and didn't even lube the undercarriage. Do not waste your money or TIME here, poor craftsmanship and operation.
