Always prompt/caring service. Only vet in the area that would give me a last minute appointment when my dog was sick. Good prices and they don't try to constantly upsell you on extra products like a lot of the vets I have gone to in the past. Plus my dogs always seem to feel comfortable while getting treated which is not normally the case. Will continue to take my pups here from now on!
New to the area and I needed someone fairly quickly. Office staff couldnt get me in that day and recommended another place and a hospital. It wasnt an emergency and they had great ratings so I waited for the next day appointment. Staff is very nice and efficient. Did not try to upsell me and upfront about pricing of services. Honestly, he even explained his diagnosis and said I probably didnt need the extra test. (We did anyway just to be sure and he was right). I appreciate not being pushed for more tests or to buy product and being open about pricing before performing services.
I've been bringing my pets here for a decade. The staff is always incredibly warm and genuine, and you can tell they care about their patients and clients. I will always bring my pets to RVC!
Friendly, fair and honest. What I like in Vet is someone who cares but isn't pushy and trying to take your money. Honest advice and undestands that while we love our pets, they're still pets.
The first time we went the vet we saw was very short and not friendly at all. Barely looked at the issue I was discussing with him and told me it was something my dog would just have to live with it. The second time we went the vet was very friendly and great with our Max! We even got a free toy when we purchased our flea treatment.
