One of the few control environment storage places for a reasonable price in the area. Has super access in all weather!
This place is horrible! I wouldn't trust them with a bag of dog food. My daughter lost her job, stored all her household goods here and moved back home. THREE WEEKS later her unit was broken into! Keep in mind, this storage facility is 'protected' by a tall fence and you have to have the pass code to get in the gate. The owners blew her off and told her too bad, they couldn't do anything. They also said they'd had a lot of break-ins recently. Don't trust them with your belongings. They don't care about their customers and only want your rent money.
I feel like my assets are safe here, and that's the point.
Took my 140 dollars. Part month and full month. Didn't need or use. Called next day and they said they would refund charge on card. Called after 3 days and they said they would check on it. Wanted me to call back later that day. Called at 3 no one answered. Waited 3 more days still no refund. Called and they said it was done. They would check and call back. No call back. I called no answer.
