This is a second review being posted. It has been several months since my first review. Again I have been absolutely satisfied with the service and prices. Malissa and Matt are very professional and caring. I have been in a number of times for "tic" issues on several pets and they took the time without appointment to remove the tic(s) immediately. Other issues were handled with the same concern. My original review follows.This animal clinic has recently changed owners. I was a client of the old buisness and very pleased with the service. As the firm changed owners I continued to take my pets there as I was unable to follow the exiting buisness. I turns out that the new owners absolutely filled the vacancy with as good if not even better service. The new staff and doctors are courteous, and more than willing to assist the needs of the clients. To this point in time they show a true interest in the well being of the animals and a understanding to the pet owners. Their fees are reasonable.
As others have mentioned, I've taken my dogs to the old owner and to the new owners. The new staff are friendly and patient with my two 90-pound dogs, they take time to explain things and prices remain reasonable. I'm glad to see that Saturday appointments are back!
Dr. Scheele and Melissa are the best. I can't imagine not having them as my people. Who else in the world would treat your animal as if they are their best friend. Plus I could be in the worst mood, and they somehow pull me out if it. You guys are amazing. Love you both. Plus Dr. Scheele literally saved my dogs life.
